We currently ship within Canada and process orders as quickly as possible to ensure your pieces arrive beautifully and ready to wear.

• Free shipping on orders over CAD $100
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and season
• Tracking details will be shared once your order ships
Returns
We hope you love your Aveline piece, but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• Once approved and received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
